While my baby can't complain, I think it would be benefical to add to variety to his limited diet of whole wheat pasta, frozen veggies (peas and carrots mostly), cheese, cheerios, and bananas. Glancing at one of my latest parenting magazines, I noticed beans (chick peas, edamame, black beans, etc) as a health finger food suggestion. Having limited exposure to eating beans it never occured to me to give beans to my children. Please feel free to comment on what healthy finger foods you give your children.
